Click here to open a PDF file that lists all individuals who have placed in the final of a Newcomer division at a previous NDCA sanctioned competion.  These individuals are not eligible to dance in the same school Newcomer division at future NDCA sanctioned competitions.

Eligibility is applied to each school division separately, so if a competitor becomes ineligible to dance in future Elementary School Newcomer division they may still dance in the Junior High School Newcomer division until such time as they place in the final of a Junior High School Newcomer event.  The same applies for Junior High School competitors dancing up into the High School division.
