CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
1. All cancellations of entries must be made in writing via email to the organizers. No phone or verbal cancellations accepted.
2. Cancellations of entries received up to the end of the day on November 1, 2023 will be 100% refunded.
3. There will be no refunds for cancellations of entries received after November 1, 2023.
